Indicative schedule for papers and extended abstracts

Make sure to mark all the important dates below in your calendar so that you do not miss any deadline.

The schedule is – as always – very tight, and eceee cannot guarantee acception of any late abstracts or papers.

2025

17 December: Deadline abstract submission.

2026

27 January: Notifications to presenters are sent whether abstract was accepted or not.

9 February: Last day for early bird registrations.

2 March: Deadline first draft of papers.

16 March: Deadline to send review comments to panel leaders.

30 March: All authors should receive their review comments.

13 April: Deadline second draft for papers with major changes.

13 April: Deadline for authors/presenters to register.

30 April: Deadline for paper authors.

1–6 June: The eceee 2026 Summer Study on energy efficiency takes place in Center Parcs Lac d'Ailette, France.
