Venue & travel
For the 2026 edition of the Summer Study, eceee has chosen to return to our 2024 venue: Center Parcs Lac d’Ailette. This is a holiday resort and conference centre located about an hour northeast of Paris, in the direction of Reims and the Champagne-Ardenne region.
The event is offered as a one-week package with full board accommodation in small cottages spread around the area. All participants will have access to free bikes to move around the area.
Center Parcs Lac d'Ailette is easily accessible by train from around Europe, as well as with train from the Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport. See more info about the venue.
Train stations and shuttles
There are two train stations that are suitable for access to the Summer Study: Laon (30 mins away) and Champagne Ardenne TGV (1h10 mins away). eceee will be arranging shuttle buses from both stations on the first day (1 June) and return shuttles on the last day (6 June).
